YOUTH-GE — Young Outstanding Unstoppable Thinkers of Georgia was created with the belief that development is not a luxury and belongs to everyone.
Our goal is to reach places where young people have less access to non-formal education, personal growth, and international experience.
We create spaces where they can learn, discover their abilities, and take steps towards real action.
We are not just looking for outstanding talent. We see opportunities in young people who are just waiting for someone to believe in them. And this is exactly the process we are starting — from where we are now, with what we already have.
That is why YOUTH-GE is looking for like-minded people: partners, local leaders, organizations, and individuals who believe that empowering youth is not just a responsibility but a necessity.

Founded: March 2025 by Khatia Mikava and Soso Kartozia.
Although the organization is legally new, all the areas such as non-formal education, camps, trainings, international engagement, and others, which YOUTH-GE is developing today, have been implemented for years within the framework of KEA Academy in a different format.
This experience has created a solid foundation for YOUTH-GE to now be an independent organization pursuing broader goals of supporting and empowering young people.
